Sprout new vegetable plants in water, re-grow them yourself!


Next time you buy a stalk of celery, cut off the base of the celery, and place it in a bowl of water with about 1/2 an inch of water in the bottom of the bowl.  It will re-grow a new stalk!  You’ll never have to buy another one again.

There are actually several vegetable plants you can root in water.  All you need is a little water and sunlight.  A windowsill works great and also makes your kitchen look so much more inviting.
