My mom made these for Easter, and they came out delicious! This is the best way to make sweet potatoes or yams!
- Lightly coat the bottom of your cooking sheet with olive oil. (I suggest lining with aluminum foil for easier cleanup)
- Slice your sweet potatoes (about 1/2″ thick), and place on cooking sheet.
- Sprinkle salt on the pototes.
- Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes, then flip over and then raise the heat to 400º and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
These become slightly crunch on top and are soft and creamy inside. They are so delicious! These are my new favorite way to eat sweet potatoes (or yams). I will never bake them whole again!
